Firefox is the only major browser independent from Google. Developed by the Mozilla Foundation since 2004, it offers enhanced tracking protection by default. Thousands of extensions (including uBlock Origin) allow customization. Firefox syncs bookmarks and passwords across devices via an encrypted Mozilla account.
