Description
Roole Map is a GPS built by Roole, France's largest car club. It offers real-time traffic through TomTom map data, adapts routes to your engine type and works without an account. The code is not open and the app needs a permanent connection: that is the trade-off for getting traffic without going through Google.
My take
It's my GPS in the car: real-time traffic without going through Google, and my trips stay on the phone. My three-GPS setup is in chapter 10.
